This bond has been especially helpful during difficult times, such as when we are short-staffed or when resources are limited. Created a development-focused environment. Regularly, jumping on calls not only with Vegas specialists but also with Midwest specialists, helping them troubleshoot various challenges, ultimately allowing them to become better creators.

Since taking over Content Power Hour (our bi-weekly call for showcasing content), transformed it into a space for meaningful positive feedback, not just "good job". Providing technical insights that reinforce advanced concepts and share my own work to demonstrate my commitment to growth and experimentation. This is a departure from how it was previously, where feedback was often minimal. Many people on the team have told me they now enjoys this more, which not only highlights their efforts but also boosts morale.

My team was tasked with taking photos of all required food items for our new kiosk, which included every menu item from most of our 28 properties. I developed a framework for the team to follow, ensuring that we replicated the same shots across all locations to create a unified look for our brand.
